Job Description
The Junior UI/UX Designer will assist in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role supports senior designers in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design assets to improve overall user experience and ensure consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile apps.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to understand project requirements.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.

Help establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.

Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and user engagement.

Support the creation of icons, illustrations, and other visual design assets.

Translate user insights into intuitive and functional interface designs.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (optional but preferred).

Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, and design thinking.

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop/Illustrator.

Understanding of responsive design, typography, and layout.

Ability to create clean and visually appealing designs.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Portfolio showcasing design projects (school, personal or freelance).
